READY MADE companies are established only for their sale (transfer of 100% shares) the companies were not used to any kind of business only the acts necessary for their formation were done, the companies are duly registered in Company Register and at the Financial Authority. The capital is paid up in 100% and there are no duties or burdens or limitations on the companies or their shares.
